Tomatoes & bocconcini

This snack is more a treat for me because it is so addictive!

Serves 1 (approx 110 calories)

Ingredients
10 cherry tomatoes
10 bambini bocconcini balls
4-5 basil leaves (optional)

Method
1. Halve the cherry tomatoes, bocconcini balls and basil leaves
2. Add one half tomato, basil leaf and bocconcini ball to the end of a toothpick
3. Repeat step 2 until all ingredient have been used


These are not only a great snack but also look enough to serve up when entertaining.
